The Sealing Ceremony

The night your house is founded.

We set the table, you pour the wax.

One sacred evening, your family gathers around the table for a guided Sealing Ceremony. A family blessing is read. The Founding Settlors share their heart behind the ceremony and the house. The wax is poured. A brass stamp with the Family Seal is pressed into the hot Champagne wax. The whole family signs their names, even the little ones. The evening is filmed, and that film is saved in the Book of Remembrance as its founding film, The Sealing of the House. Three hundred years from now your descendants will be able to experience what it was like to be in the room with you the night your everlasting house was sealed.

More than a trust.

Book of Remembrance

Most trusts just hold paperwork. We found a way to preserve your family’s legacy.

A Book of Remembrance becomes the hearth of the house around which every generation gathers, preserving the family story, its memories, and everything that makes your house a home. Your descendants don’t just inherit wealth, but the love, identity, and belonging of your family heritage.

Every Family Legacy Trust includes a dedicated page for the Family Seal. Beneath the timeless wax seal rests a hidden NFC chip. A tap of a phone to the chip opens your family’s Book of Remembrance—a living digital archive of the photographs, letters, films, faces, voices, and testimonies carried across the generations.

Imagine your descendants three hundred years from now gathered together at the family homestead, reminiscing over photographs of family heirlooms with their background stories. The wooden rocking chair Grandpa made by hand. Dad’s journals. Mom’s handwritten letters. The family Bible with records of matrimonies and nativities. Films of the Founding Settlors and home videos of their offspring. Their first and last dance, a piano recital, a recorded family blessing. Sealed letters for future generations. Grandma’s recipes in her own handwriting. The ordinary and the holy, memorial stones added one at a time generation after generation.

The Family Seal stands as an heirloom bridge between past and future, by which your family leaves its mark not only on paper, but on time itself.

Questions, plainly answered

How long does it take?

30 days. Done for you.

Can a trust own an LLC?

Yes. A trust can be the sole member of an LLC. In the single Family Legacy Trust + Wyoming Digital Asset LLC, the LLC is 100% owned by your Family Legacy Trust: its membership interest is assigned into the trust, and the LLC holds the family's digital assets.

Do I need a DAO LLC?

No. A Wyoming DAO LLC is a special form for decentralized autonomous organizations. A family holding its own digital assets uses a standard Wyoming LLC with documents written specifically for digital assets.

Do I have to live in Wyoming?

No. Families in other states form Wyoming LLCs. The LLC has a Wyoming registered agent and address. Families from all over the world choose Wyoming as a domicile for their own Private Family Trust Company as well.

Where do seed phrases go?

Not in the documents. The recovery phrases themselves are left out of the Memorandum of Instructions. The Memorandum addresses where the recovery phrases can be found, so the family's stewards know where to look.

What is the Wyoming Trust address renewal?

$98/year renewal after 12 months.

What is the Book of Remembrance?

The Book of Remembrance keeps the family story, its memories, and the faces and voices of your house beside the trust that holds your Digital Asset LLC. Beneath the timeless wax seal rests a hidden NFC chip. A tap of a phone to the chip opens your family’s Book of Remembrance—a living digital archive of the photographs, letters, films, faces, voices, and testimonies carried across the generations. It holds memories, never keys or recovery phrases, and every page sits behind sign in.

Is the Book of Remembrance private?

Yes. Private by default. Every page needs sign in. Questions about your Book: house@thespaciousplace.com

The Sealing Ceremony is one sacred evening when your family gathers around the table and your house is sealed. We set the table, you pour the wax.
